Relaxation Meditations. A group meditation created to be a guided relaxation open for general public. No previous experiences are necessary. Just close your eyes and relax, and visualize a magical healing garden near a beautiful stream. As a short pre-talk, the value of daily meditations is discussed. Good for relaxing, well being and self healing.
Empowerment From Within is a spiritual meditation, directed for those who seek the unfold their inner potential and inner wisdom. It is a beautiful very relaxing meditation created as a journey into a spiritual white light and meeting with your inner guides, asking them your questions about your life. Be aware that questions that seem important to you in your waking life, may no longer be so important in the meditative state.
Attain Success is a meditation with positive suggestions and self-confidence reinforcement, which could be used every day in order to assist progress toward success. A short discussion on several easy ways to define success, better set goals and attain success is offered as introduction. This meditation is very popular among those looking to pinpoint their own blocks to success.
Thinking Success is part of the Seminar on How to Attain Success. The defining parts of the seminar are learning to create a set of goals, learning relaxation and self-hypnosis
techniques, making the end result part of your present reality, learning about reinforcement tapes.
