    This program is designed for those seeking self-improvement and needing assistance in finding positive mental attitude, those wishing to become more optimistic and successful in their personal organization and management. During the program many discover that they become more attractive, more spiritual, along with becoming more self-confident, more successful. They become more interpersonally effective and improve their general sense of wellness.

    A field of psychology claims that every human being has an ultimate goal maintained in the subconscious mind. The ultimate goal for each individual is self-actualization... or achieving your personal best. Regardless of a person's background, education, financial standing or any other personal factor, every individual is subconsciously induced to move onward and upward, to be the best possible in relation to beliefs and values.

    Although progress toward your ultimate goal is affected by heredity or opportunity, there are three main factors that are essential to positive progress:
    • Self-Esteem
    • Confidence
    • Motivation

    Self-Esteem: What determines our self-worth?



    Self-esteem is a fundamental influence on nearly everything you do. When your self-esteem is low, almost all areas of your life, such as: working, socializing and loving, are made more difficult.

    You may be extremely critical of yourself, or be afraid to attempt anything new. You might even negate your successes by saying "I was just lucky" or "They made a mistake" or.. "Anybody could do that". This kind of self depreciation is not accidental; nor does it materialize out of nowhere. Loss of self-esteem does not suddenly occur as a symptom at a given age. It reflects a condition that is deeply rooted in the past. Sadly, low self-esteem is most often programmed unintentionally by judgmental parents by their use of one-dimensional generalizations or global labels.

    Depreciating labels and condemnations program young minds during the formative years. Labels that seem buried and forgotten still reside deeply in the subconscious and contribute to the way you perceive yourself. You can actually inherit the negative "thinking style" of your judgmental parent in the form of a critical inner voice that produces internal fear; fear to try anything new, of change, fear of failure or success, and lack of self-acceptance.

    In Napoleon Hill’s "Law of Success", he demonstrated that there are six basic fears that diminish self confidence. Overcoming these fears enables self confidence. They are:
    • Fear of Poverty
    • Old Age
    • Criticism
    • The Loss of the Love of Someone
    • Illness, and
    • Death

    Levels of Motivation



    Once you've improved your self-esteem, you must improve your motivation. According to psychologist, Abraham Maslow there are five levels of motivation:
    • Physiological (hunger, thirst, shelter, sex, etc.)
    • Safety (security, protection from physical and emotional harm)
    • Social (affection, belonging, acceptance, friendship)
    • Esteem (also called ego). The internal ones are self respect, autonomy, achievement and the external ones are status, recognition, attention.
    • Self actualization (achieving your personal best).

    At first one needs reinforcement of his/her self-esteem program. Habits are acquired over a long period of time. You may feel optimistic, but the negative habit can still be active. Fortunately, it fades and disappears.
